This is a colour discrimination challenge: how fine a difference in hue you can still pick out. It is a game, not a vision test — your screen, brightness and the light in the room all move the result, so treat the number as a score rather than anything about your eyes.
Round 7 is sharp and round 9 is exceptional. By then the difference is close to what a phone screen can even display.
Screen brightness, night-shift filters and ambient light all shift colour perception. Play in consistent lighting if you want to compare runs.
