Blink Digits
Digits flash for a third of a second. Count one of them. Exactly.
How to play
- 1One digit is named at the start — that's the one you're counting.
- 2Digits flash across the screen, each for a fraction of a second.
- 3Type the exact count at the end. No margin here: exact or nothing.

Why it works
Each digit is on screen for less time than a comfortable glance, so you cannot read them one by one — you have to take them in as they land. Speed of visual intake is trainable, and this is a game about it, not a vision test: your screen's refresh rate and brightness both affect what you catch.
FAQ
- What round is good?
- Round 4 is solid and round 6 is exceptional — the flashes are near twice as fast by then.
- Should I look at one spot or scan around?
- Hold your gaze near the centre. Chasing each digit with your eyes means you arrive after it has already gone.
