Passage✦
The road you take turns around for someone else.
Bring every piece to its matching goal
How to play ↓
A new puzzle arrives every day, and your progress remembers where you left off.
How to play
- 1
Select a piece, then an adjacent empty stop in the arrow’s direction. You cannot skip stops or share one with another piece.
- 2
Crossing a road immediately reverses its arrow. All pieces share the current road directions.
- 3
Bring every piece to the softly tinted goal of its own color, all at the same time. A piece can leave a goal after arriving.
A little about this puzzle
In Passage, roads are not a fixed background. Every traveler changes the rules for everyone else. After a piece crosses a road, its arrow reverses, and all pieces must follow that new direction.
The levels grow from a short tutorial journey to demanding puzzles with more travelers and longer road networks, and the final ones take real time to think through. Goals are softly tinted in each piece’s color, and a live arrival count keeps the objective clear. Finding when to give way, leave home and come back is the discovery.
A few good questions
Where are the goals?
Goals are the larger stops softly tinted in a piece’s color and labeled GOAL. The piece selector also shows the letter of its destination. Plain white stops are just waypoints.
Why have I not won after reaching a goal?
Every piece must be at its own correct goal at the same time. Passing through a goal, or occupying someone else’s, does not finish the level.
Can a piece move after reaching its goal?
Yes. Some puzzles need you to leave home, make room or reverse a road, then return. The arrival count updates with every move.
Can a friend try the same level?
Yes. The completion screen offers a link to the exact same level. Results are local records, not server-verified leaderboard scores.
